When a dispute arises, we initially develop a resolution strategy seeking an expedient and cost effective alternative to litigation, including informal settlement dialogue, mediation and arbitration.  As appropriate, we confidently litigate to protect and enforce the interests of our client.  We have the experience and legal resources to provide effective and time managed representation in all phases of construction litigation.  We are actively involved in a wide variety of residential and commercial construction litigation including contract interpretation and enforcement; disputes involving payment bonds; Miller Act claims; materialmen's and mechanic's liens, and disputes concerning defects.
