Commercial Litigation

We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial business litigation.  We represent clients in federal and state courts throughout the State of Oklahoma and nationally in matters involving a broad range of substantive legal issues.  We are lean and effective in delivering our services in a cost-effective, value oriented approach.  We accept litigation referrals from companies and counsel.  We also co-counsel regularly with other attorneys and firms to serve particular client interests.
